Kitchen Interior

FULL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

In addition to the showing service, Gate City Property Management will also manage the property for all 12 months of the signed lease agreement. Full service includes but is not limited to:

 

  •  Collection of rent and fees

  •  Handling all maintenance requests

  •  Sending monthly reports to owners

  •  90-day home inspections

  •  Filing eviction notice

  •  Attending court for evictions on the owner’s behalf

  •  Full walk-in and walk-out inspections

SHOWING SERVICES

 If you are a property owner and would like to maintain your own financial responsibilities, but do not want to take phone calls or take appointments to show the property this is the solution for you. Gate City Property Management will:

 

  • Handle all of the marketing

  • Field all phone calls

  • Set all showing appointments

  • Find a qualified tenant

  • Run full credit/background check

  • Receive a fully executed 12 month lease

  • Facilatate key turnover

 

Once key turnover is complete, the property owner will take over and the contract with Gate City Property Management will end.
