Jessica Heacox is the Director of Business and Management at Gate City Property Management, LLC. Born in Cumberland County, North Carolina, Jessica has also lived in Norfolk, Virginia, where she worked in property management as a maintenance coordinator, before recently returning to the Piedmont Triad, where she now dives back into property management. Jessica studied at Guilford Technical Community College for Healthcare Management.

As the Director of Business and Management, she serves as the primary point of contact for tenants—assisting with work orders, lease updates, and general communication to ensure residents receive prompt and helpful service.

Jessica is passionate about building strong relationships with both property owners and residents while helping maintain well-managed and welcoming communities.

Outside of work, Jessica is a proud mom to her athletic, smart, and curious son. Together they enjoy running, hiking, and exploring the outdoors whenever possible.
