Stacy Pranger is the Broker-in-Charge and owner of Gate City Property Management, LLC, bringing more than 19 years of experience in Property Management, Real Estate sales, and investment property oversight across the Piedmont Triad. A High Point, North Carolina native, Stacy provides deep local expertise in High Point, Greensboro, Kernersville, Archdale, Trinity, Thomasville, Lexington, Winston-Salem, and surrounding markets.
Her background includes tenant-landlord law, Real Estate investment acquisitions, foreclosure, rental rate strategy, and strategic marketing for both high-end residential and moderate or affordable housing. With a strong commitment to understanding each client’s goals, Stacy is known for delivering reputable service, market knowledge, and tailored Real Estate solutions that help clients move forward with confidence.
Adam Pranger
Owner/Accounting Manager/ Maintenance Manager
Adam Pranger plays a key leadership role at Gate City Property Management, LLC, bringing a rare combination of financial expertise, operational discipline, and hands-on property management experience to the firm.
He holds degrees in Accounting and International Business from High Point University and spent nearly 18 years in mortgage servicing with a major international bank, giving him a strong foundation in financial processes, compliance, and client service.
Adam owns and manages eight residential Real Estate properties and oversees approximately 350 rental properties throughout the Piedmont Triad. As a licensed North Carolina Real Estate agent with specialized trust account reconciliation training, he is recognized for relationship-driven service that reflects Gate City’s commitment to professionalism, accountability, and long-term client success.
Gary Frazier

Maintenance Manager
Gary Frazier is the Resident Services Manager and Maintenance Manager at Gate City Property Management, LLC, with more than 11 years of experience serving property owners and residents throughout the Piedmont Triad.
His expertise spans Property Management customer service, maintenance oversight, renovation coordination, strategic marketing, and property improvement planning designed to help owners maximize rental income and preserve long-term value.
Gary is especially skilled in assessing property condition, advising on targeted upgrades, and managing repair and renovation efforts with a practical, results-oriented approach. With extensive experience working alongside Section 8 and housing authorities in Guilford, Davidson, Randolph, and Forsyth counties, he also brings a strong understanding of affordable housing placement, Fair Housing practices, and the day-to-day operational needs that keep properties performing at a high standard.
Daniel Troupe

Resident Services Assistant Manager
Daniel Troupe is the Resident Services Assistant Manager at Gate City Property Management, LLC, where he plays an important role in supporting the company’s financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and client service standards.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from High Point University and proudly served five years in the United States Marine Corps, experience that continues to shape his disciplined and dependable approach to property management.
Daniel’s work includes month-end reconciliation, daily rental payment reconciliation, repair invoicing, eviction paperwork coordination, customer service support, and assistance with rental property operations throughout the Piedmont Triad. With a strong understanding of accounting processes, resident service, and North Carolina Real Estate practices, he helps ensure that Gate City’s owners and tenants receive professional, responsive support including accounting, maintenance and customer service at every stage of the management process.
Caleb Fisher
Inspector/Showing Agent
Caleb Fisher is a valued member of the Gate City Property Management, LLC team, serving as both a showing agent and property inspector across the Piedmont Triad.
He plays an important role in protecting client investments through quarterly property inspections, prospective tenant showings, and support for the marketing and presentation of available rental homes.
Caleb also brings experience in project management, renovation, landscaping, and property upkeep, adding practical insight to his work in the field.
Known for his professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail, he helps deliver the high level of oversight and service that owners and residents expect from a company as committed to customer service as Gate City.
Jessica Heacox
Director of Business Management
Jessica Heacox serves as Director of Business and Management at Gate City Property Management, LLC, where she plays a central role in supporting the firm’s leasing, administrative, and resident communication functions.
Her work includes overseeing applications, management agreements, tenant notices, leasing support, and customer service, helping ensure that both owners and residents receive timely, professional guidance throughout the management process.
Jessica brings prior property management experience from Norfolk, Virginia, where she worked as a maintenance coordinator, and she has continued to build on that foundation since returning to the Piedmont Triad. Jessica helps deliver the dependable, service-oriented experience that defines what Gate City is all about.
