We review the credit score, but the decision is made from the entire background search, not the credit score alone. There can be no evictions in the past 10 years. And no judgements from landlords, apartment complexes or utility companies. 

No convictions of felonies in the past 10 years

On the background search there can not show a consist history of 30-60-90 day late payments. 

3 times the rental rate for income is required for all of our properties. We require 2-months of your current paystubs to be submitted along with the application. 

A valid contact number and email for your current landlord is required. We may ask for you to sign a rental verification form, that allows us access to your rental history.
