My name is McKenna Johnson and I am the Director of Business Development at Gate City Property Management, LLC. I was born in Muskegon, Michigan and relocated to Jamestown, North Carolina to escape the brutal cold winter weather in Michigan. I have my high school diploma from Whitehall Senior High School and have taken many college classes in Accounting and Small Business Management. Currently, I am in the process of obtaining my North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s License and will be actively pursuing clients in the Piedmont-Triad area. I have almost 10 years experience with buying and fixing up houses to resell. My duties as the Director of Business Development at Gate City Property Management are distribution of monies to all of our clients and investors of our property management business, monthly account reconciliation, process applications for rental properties in the Piedmont-Triad area including Greensboro, High Point, Lexington, Archdale, Trinity, Thomasville, Kernersville, Winston-Salem, and nearby markets, process all eviction paperwork for all of our rental properties in Greensboro, High Point, Lexington, Archdale, Trinity, Thomasville, Kernersville, and Winston-Salem, help create management agreements and leases for our owners/clients and tenants, and assist with customer relations. My interests include my family, farm animals, Doberman Pinschers, and searching for houses to buy and fix up to resell in Davidson, Guilford, Forsyth, and Randolph counties.
